About our training programs

Our training sessions are sociable and non-intimidating, with people just like you: at every stage of fitness, working out to lose weight, get fit and feel good.  Fitness isn’t one size fits all. We help you find what works for your goals, body type and budget.

We have group training programs to suit all fitness levels and abilities: from going hard in weight loss warrior bootcamps and fat blaster boxing training, to building fitness after having baby in mums with bubs, as well as one-on-one personal  and buddy training and corporate fitness.

The outdoor difference

If you’re cooped up in an office or at home all week, you’ll appreciate our mix of sun, fun and exercise.  The crisp fresh air, breathtaking views and serene calm of Jubilee Park in the mornings will have you looking forward to every training session.  You can enjoy a body-toning workout amongst the trees in beautifully landscaped parklands, with Sydney harbour, the Anzac bridge and the CBD skyline as a backdrop.

And studies show that exercising in nature is better for your body and your mind. Outdoor training tends to burn more calories, with less stress on your body. Plus, the increase in fresh oxygen, negative ions and vitamin D all work together to improve mental performance.

Motivation (without the shouting!)

Our hand-picked team of mature and experienced personal trainers will keep you motivated without yelling like drill sergeants. You will get the attention and encouragement you need, in a friendly, accepting and supportive environment.

During your sessions you’ll enjoy seamless organisation, and the very best equipment and instruction. We cater for people at every stage of fitness with varied workouts that will keep you engaged and challenged.

No lock-in contracts

We don’t believe in locking our clients into fixed-term contracts. You can cancel, pause or change your program at any time. Our clients love training with us and we have a fantastic retention rate, but we let you choose if you want to stay with us.
