Nick “Woody” Woodall is the founding director of Inner West Outdoor Fitness.
Nick holds a Diploma in Fitness and is a Cert IV Personal Trainer, Advanced Bootcamp Instructor, boxing Punchfit Instructor and Strength and Conditioning Coach. He knows what it takes to become a professional athlete after playing first grade in rugby league and AFL.
Nick has worked with the Sydney Swans AFL team as as part of their conditioning preparation. He has also worked with the Australian women’s hockey team implementing boxing as part of their conditioning and rehab recovery for athletes carrying injuries.
Nick has trained with members of the elite NSW Police Tactical Operations Unit and has worked & trained with Commando Steve from the Biggest Loser.

Trainer profile – Georgie Crawford – Smith
Georgie has been taking sessions at Inner West Outdoor Fitness since 2010 She predominantly takes Mums ‘n’ Bubs sessions and also trains some of our corporate clients.
Georgie got into personal training in 2000 and hasn’t looked back since. She has found a real passion and enjoys helping others to achieve their fitness goals. Her greatest strength is her attention to technique. She’ll make sure you do every single exercise correctly and to the very best of your ability.
Her sessions are secret killers. Afterwards, you may say to yourself, “Oh that wasn’t too bad”. But the next morning you’ll really know what it feels like when you’ve done everything 100% correctly!

Trainer Profile – Simone Clucas
Simone joined Inner West Outdoor Fitness at the start of 2014. She is already proving to be a valuable member of our team and has built great rapport with many of our clients.
With five years experience in the fitness industry and an impressive array of qualifications, including Cert III & IV Personal Trainer, triathlon, athletics and running coach, Simone brings the added bonus of being a certified chef and senior first aider. Her enthusiasm and passion for the fitness industry is infectious and we feel lucky to have Simone on board.
Simone mainly conducts Mums ‘n’ Bubs sessions and pays keen attention to the individual needs of each client. You may have only recently had your baby and want to get back into shape, or you’re training for your next running challenge event – whatever your goals Simone works with you to reach them while taking account your physical capabilities.
